Project Director
Responsible for the project
Liaison with principals within the Client's organisation and those of our fellow design team and construction team members.
Project Leader
Senior Engineer or an Associate
Responsible for the management of the project or Framework within the office
Ensures that the project is adequately resourced
Implements the Practice's Quality Management System
Chairs project review meetings
Monitor the project throughout all architectural stages.
Lead Project Engineer
Usually one mechanical and one electrical
