Quality Assurance

TGA Consulting Engineers LLP operates a quality assurance system which has been assessed and approved as complying with the requirements of:

BS EN ISO 9001 : 2008

We are audited annually by QMS Quality Management Systems (Certificate No. GB 3329). We are also registered by ConstructionLine

Each project is run using a customised Project Quality Plan (PQP) and is subject to regular design review meetings at which the progressing designs are tested by peer groups from within TGA.

Policy Statement

TGA specialise in the design and monitoring the installation of building and environmental engineering services systems.

The objectives of the Practice are to provide these professional services to a consistently high standard and to maintain an awareness of all enactments relating to the provision of engineering services systems which will be proposed to Clients to be environmentally efficient in application and in operation. Also to provide products and services which will satisfy the requirements for quality as specified by the Client.

To achieve these objectives, it is our policy to establish and maintain effective and practical Quality Assurance and Environmental Management programmes which can be planned, developed and integrated in conjunction with other management functions.

We also continually monitor our impact on the environment both as a business and as a designer of systems for our Clients.

These management programmes have been based upon the requirements of the Standards BS EN ISO 9001 2008 and BS EN ISO 14001 2004, all as applicable to the scope of our activities.

These systems represents a commitment on the part of the Partners of the Practice to maintain:

  • Quality Assurance Management procedures to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 : 2008, and
  • Environmental Management procedures to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001 2004, all as appropriate to a building engineering services design office.

Conformance with the procedures set out in our Quality Assurance manual and our Environmental Policy Document is mandatory on all personnel, and on all persons contracted to work for, or on behalf of, the Practice.
