TGA Consulting Engineers LLP fully support the development of framework agreements by Clients with whom we work. We believe that they offer significant benefits to all concerned.

We are currently involved in a substantial number of well established relationships with Clients many of which have been formalised as framework agreements. These include:

We have found long term relationships enable all parties to benefit from a clearer understanding of the culture of the other organisations as well as the individual characters of the individuals involved.

We consider that, as Building Services Consulting Engineers, we benefit more than most from this process as we are also able to gain a sound understanding of arrangement of infrastructure services within a Client’s estate and of his aspirations in developing the engineering services. This is particularly useful in our profession as our involvement in a given project usually spreads beyond the site boundary.

To assist in generating and sustaining such relationships we have put in place measures that have resulted in our having an unusually low level of staff turnover. We have also adopted a core team approach. These measures result in our being able to provide consistent personnel to carry out commissions arising from Framework Appointments which encourages the rapid acquisition of relevant experience for the benefit of all involved.
