TGA Consulting Engineers LLP are retained by the University of York on their framework agreement. 

As part of this we are currently engaged to provide Specialist Building Services assistance in their Fire Precautions works across their Heslington and City Centre Campus locations.

Fire Precautions works include the upgrade of fire alarm and emergency lighting services to many existing University  of York Buildings including the Grade II listed Heslington Hall, Halifax College and Jack Lyons Concert Hall.

TGA Consulting Engineers are also currently involved in an investigation into the existing fire alarm provisions to all of the University of York's building stock.

In addition TGA Consulting Engineers are currently engaged in a £2 million fire alarm and emergency lighting improvement scheme to the Chemistry and Biology Buildings and recently completed a project to procure and monitor the inspection and testing of the fixed wiring installation throughout much of the Heslington Campus.
