London Surveys : TGA Consulting Engineers LLP were commissioned, as part of a multi-disciplinary team to carry out a series of pre-acquisition surveys over a period of time in central London.
Buildings surveyed include:
140-142 Bishopsgate, 33 Gracechurch St, 36 Gracechurch St, 5 Lothbury, Cheapside House, City Place, Staple Hall, Stone House,
Railtrack: TGA Consulting Engineers LLP were commissioned to carry out an intensive programme of condition surveys, prior to the sale of the main line railway stations to
Railtrack. We subsequently carried our a number of commissions arising from these surveys.
The survey works included the vast majority of mainline and branch stations in the UK including those in London and required that we mobilise a large number of survey teams for an extended period of time. All survey team members were required to undertake and pass Railtrack PTS (Personal Track Safety) training.

As part of our ongoing involvement at the British Museum since the early 1990s
TGA Consulting Engineers LLP have been commissioned to carry out a number of surveys leading to the preparation of reports.
These include:
Site survey and feasibility study with costed options for renewal of Mechanical and Electrical Services
Site wide survey of existing emergency lighting installations
Survey of White Wing Heating Installation
Survey and report into implications of re-opening the British Museum following a power failure.
TGA Consulting Engineers LLP were commissioned as part of a multi-disciplinary survey team to carry out a pre-acquisition survey of the complete shopping centre including all retail units, malls, plant spaces,
multi-storey car parks and multi-storey residential properties constructed above the
centre.
The survey was carried out by three separate TGA teams, each comprising of a senior mechanical and a senior electrical engineer, working in parallel over a week.
