TGA Consulting Engineers LLP have worked as part of Willmott Dixon's Strategic Alliance Team, from both offices, since 2004.  We have briefly summarised our experience in this area below:

2004/5 - HMP Nottingham: 

Full Design Works associated with New House Block ancillary works, specifically upgrades / extensions to perimeter Lighting and Security, Fire and General alarms, including Gate House extension, new control room, new stores building, new Workshop and Education Building, refurb of Video Links and extensions to Visits and Admin. Outturn cost ~  £16,000,000 (House Block costs excluded)

2005/6 - HMP Lindholme:  

Performance Duties and Outline Designs associated with New House Block ancillary works, specifically upgrades / extensions to perimeter Lighting and Security, Fire and General alarms, including Gate House extension, new control room, new Gymnasium, new Visits building, new Segregation Block, Refurbishment of IRC Kitchen and Education Buildings. Outturn cost ~ £25,000,000 (House Block costs excluded)  

2006/7 - HMP Swaleside:  

Performance Duties and Outline Designs associated with New House Block ancillary works, specifically upgrades / extensions to perimeter Lighting, Security, Fire and General alarms, including Gate House refurbishment and new control room, Gymnasium extension, Visits Centre building, Segregation Block extension, New Education Buildings, provision of two new 1000kva generator set and support facilities. Outturn cost ~ £46,000,000.

2007/8 - HMP Nottingham:

Performance Duties and Outline Designs associated with New House Block ancillary works, specifically upgrades / extensions to perimeter Lighting and Security, Fire and General alarms, including Gate House refurbishment of new control room, Visitors Centre, Officers Mess, Energy Centre, Visits Building, Administration Building, Reception, Primary Healthcare Building, Visits, extension to Kitchens, New Education Facilities and Workshops, 2 No. new 1000kva generator set and support facilities. Outturn cost ~ £90,000,000.

2008/9 HMP Swaleside: 

Part Full Design and part Performance Duties and Outline Designs associated with additional New House Block ancillary works, specifically to Reception/kitchen and Visitors Building and support facilities. Outturn cost ~ £25,000,000
