TGA  Consulting Engineers LLP were engaged by Bailey Building Services to design the mechanical and electrical services within this new build 20,000m² office development in London NW10.

This office block is the second development as part of the First Central Business Park in West London.

The building has 7 floors of lettable offices, set out in two wings which are serviced individually so as to enable flexible tenancy options.

The office areas are fully air conditioned using a 4 pipe fan coil system and incorporate energy efficient (8w/ m2) LG3 compliant lighting.

Park Royal also has a full height feature atrium, 4No passenger lifts, including 1No fire fighting lift and a 174 space underground car park.   

TGA have subsequently worked on other large office developments with Bailey Building Services, including Hammersmith Embankment and Cobalt Business Park.
